Yes, you can upgrade at any time and the new features are available immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. We never lock you into multi-year commitments unless you specifically request one for budget predictability.

All plans accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfer. Annual and district plans can also be paid by school district purchase order, our team will coordinate with your business office on net-30 invoicing.
Pro is flat-rate per facility ($1,995/yr) regardless of how many students or staff you track up to the 500-person ceiling. There are no per-seat fees, no per-student fees, and no surprise overages. If you exceed 500 active personnel, we'll automatically work with you to size up to Pro Full or a District plan.
Yes. Two-year contracts typically save 10–12%, three-year contracts save 15–20%. Multi-year discounts apply automatically on District-2 and Enterprise plans, and are available on Pro Full upon request. Lock-in pricing protects you against annual rate adjustments for the full contract term. We also offer a competitive displacement discount if you're switching from another provider.
Yes. CrisisCheck is FERPA-aligned and HIPAA-conscious by design, with organization-level data isolation and an edit audit trail with administrator signature archive built into Pro Full and above. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted in US-based regions. We are actively working toward SOC 2 Type II certification. Enterprise customers can request a custom Data Processing Addendum.
